Peer Review Process

International Bilingual Journal of Culture, Anthropology and Linguistics (IBJCAL) will follow a double-blind peer-review system, where the reviewers will not know the names or affiliations of the authors and the review reports provided to the authors will also be anonymous. Here is a workflow for convenience:

1. A receipt for each submission will be issued to the submitter by the Chief Editor on behalf of the Editorial Board.

2. Editorial board will have the responsibility to assign reviewers to the papers submitted for consideration.

3. On getting response from the reviewers, Editorial board will clear the paper for publication. Each of the papers will bear a date of submission and a date of publication.

4. In case, reviewer’s response is negative and found biased, editors have the right to send it to second reviewer; otherwise, author(s) of the rejected paper(s) will be informed in written along with the reviewers’ reports by the Chief Editor on behalf of the editorial board.

5. In case of acceptance, author(s) will be informed about the probable date of the publication and issue of the journal number.
